Help make cards for seniors

Join the Upper Sandusky Community Library in making cards for local senior citizens as part of the Summer Reading Program.

With such a successful Christmas and Valentine’s Cards for Seniors program, Miss Holly and Miss Cheryl decided to put a call out to the community to help make cards for senior citizens as part of the Tails and Tales Summer Reading Program! Card craft kits will be available at the library for you to take home and create your own card. The kits can be picked up throughout July. Make sure to include an encouraging note or a fun message. You may also design a card yourself or purchase one to be used for this program. All cards must be returned to the library by July 31.

After the cards are collected, they will be distributed to local senior citizens to help spread goodwill and community camaraderie.
